How to use Organic Honey

*1 tsp daily on an empty stomach (with warm water or lemon)

*2–3 tsp per day max for adults

*Add to warm herbal tea (not boiling)

*Never heat raw honey above 40°C—it destroys nutrients.

*Do not give to infants under 1 year old

*Avoid mixing with extremely hot liquids

How to Store Honey

*Store at room temperature

*Keep the lid tightly sealed to prevent moisture and ants

*Do not refrigerate—causes quicker crystallization, If it crystallizes, place jar in warm water—not boiling

*If allergic to bee products or pollen, do a patch test before use on skin
